0:26 GPS mount hits the power button of the radio screen causing it to shut off over bumps. The technician also mentioned the customer drove 80 miles/128 km for this appointment and was rather surprised it was that all along.
0:38 Customer just thought it needed an alignment. Parts were replaced and the car got an alignment afterwards. Make sure to read the owner's manual on where the lifting points are on your vehicle.

Found left front of vehicle had some damage and they did not put the fender liner back in that supports the wiring harness causing it to hang contacting the rim and grounding out control circuits in the wiring harness."

However, a lack of road safety education in schools along with notoriously easy driving tests, police failures to enforce road laws, and chronic under-investment in infrastructure, all appear to hamper the efforts."
