0:49 If you look closely you can see that the customer used wood screws in some other spots. Hopefully, he didn't screw into anything else!
1:02 The technician was very surprised to see this, but left it where it was and just added the engine oil.
1:10 Now the customer will need new brake pads once again and brake rotors. The shop was not told what other shop did this work.
1:22 From the looks of it the customer must have had a bad brake caliper on the passenger side, so instead of replacing it he just put pinched the brake line.
1:37 A common issue for VW's. Hopefully, the customer gets it repaired before it causes an issue while they are driving.
1:45 The battery was replaced and the sound system was properly rewired and a fuse was installed on the power side.
2:00 Wires from the light on the headache rack were pinched between the third brake light and allowed water to leak in.
