As mentioned in the video, the technician thinks that the parking brake was left on while it was being flat towed. The rear wheels, tires, coil springs, and subframe were all damaged.

We later found out it was the customer's first car- a shame as this was a low miles 2022 our sales department had just sold a few months prior. A very costly learning the hard way moment for sure."
