0:05 Why it's always important to read your owner's manual on how to properly flat tow your vehicle. Seems like the customer thought the transfer case was neutral when it was actually in 4LO for the 2nd time (the shop showed him how to properly flat tow it after the first time).
0:22 The engine overheated as the serpentine belt broke off resulting in the water pump no longer rotating. The customer got the engine replaced with a used one.
0:34 The technician "fixed" it in the parking lot.
0:49 Seems like whoever welded the C Clamp on, was trying to weld the engine mount to the engine block to prevent the engine and transmission from swinging back and forth. That would be the cheapest fix however ideally it would need a new engine block as the threaded hole for the engine mount bolt is broken off on the block.
1:19 I think paying the parking ticket would have been cheaper...?
1:25 The Engine got replaced once again with the correct one. The technician thinks the engine was replaced with one out of a Durango (different oil pan size).
1:49 The windshield had no other damage prior to the customer damaging it from the looks of it.
1:59 No damage was done to the engine. The customer's insurance company paid for the repairs.
2:08 The YAW sensor was replaced. "A Yaw Rate Sensor (or rotational speed sensor) measures a vehicle’s angular velocity about its vertical axis in degrees or radians per second in order to determine the orientation of the vehicle as it hard-corners or threatens to roll over."
2:18 A very simple fix and found. The customer should have left the vehicle running if they wanted to cook a meal with their crock pot.
2:31 No extra info.
2:38 The customer declined the tire warranty (1st time) but after getting the tires replaced for the 2nd time in one day they decided to get it.
2:52 The customer did not mention if they got away with it or not. The door panel was replaced with a used one.
3:03 "1969 Ford 350 Fummins".
3:14 Outro. Thanks for watching!
