Today on the boozy fruit menu we have strawberries soaked in Kanishe XO Rum and vanilla roast coffee. After a few hours of soaking, pat them dry and cover in melted semi sweet chocolate Ghirardelli 🍫 For the topping we went with roasted cocoa nibs, check out my last video on how to make those!! 😋 Finish them off in the fridge and pour some more rum :))
