salmon sushi for 1 with instant rice

My favorite food may just be sushi (aside for a steak cooked by my brother) and I wanted to try to make it myself. I definitely have some work to do but it was so much fun to make! I was a bit intimidated to cook my own rice so I went store bought but I did season it with rice wine vinegar, sugar and salt. This was so yummy so if you have been looking to try making sushi at home - go for it!! Your tummy will be very happy :))

Ingredients:
Sashimi grade salmon (I got it at hmart)
Purple shiso Leaves
Avocado
Cucumber
Sesame seeds
Seaweed sheets
Sushi rice (seasoned with rice wine vinegar, sugar and salt)
Soy sauce, ginger and wasabi on the side!
