This is a really easy one and great to make for some weekend fun! Take a whole pomegranate and separate out the seeds into a jar, add lime zest & your vodka and let it soak. Here you see the look of it after a week but you can go longer than that! Not only do you get yummy alcohol soaked pomegranate seeds the vodka takes on a subtle sweet flavor and beautiful pink color!
