Kiwi Infused Margarita 🥝 #shorts

St. Patricks Day is almost here and we all need a little extra green in our day! This kiwi margarita is SO yummy. We infused the tequila but if you are in a bind for time, muddle some extra kiwi in the drink and just use regular tequila!

Kiwi Tequila:
5 kiwis and about 800ml tequila, I used Los Sundays and this one had a hint of coconut which added a little extra fun
48 hours

Kiwi Margarita:
1 kiwi muddled
3 oz kiwi infused tequila
1.5 oz cointreau
1 oz agave sweetener
Juice of one lime
Handful of ice and a quick shake

Rim:
Agave syrup
Flakey salt
Slice of kiwi
