Yoga Class for Core Strength (live in Costa Rica) - Five Parks Yoga

This 60 minute Vinyasa yoga class highlights the arm balances Scale Pose and Balanced Elephant toward the end of class. These arm balances require core strength and awareness, so we spend extra time focusing on core strengthening yoga postures throughout the entirety of this class.
