Quick full body HIIT Workout | No Equipment required

This is one of the absolute best ways to wake up your entire body and get the energy flowing.

Don’t worry about how you look, as long as you keep moving you are on the right track.

We are going to do 5 exercises for 2 rounds of 45 seconds each and you get 10 seconds rest in between. If you need more rest you can pause to make the breaks longer.
