BURN 200 CALORIES with This 10-Minute HIIT AT HOME Workout

The idea is that the average person (my husband 😅) can burn about 200 calories by doing this workout for ten minutes and then resting for ten minutes. (He did it in 19 minutes total.) Let’s go!
If you're not familiar with the way calories burn from HIIT workouts, please read this:
The number of calories you'll burn from this 10-minute workout will vary from person to person based on a number of factors (like age, gender, physical shape, effort, etc.). The cool thing about this workout is you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after you complete it. My husband burned 150 calories in 10 minutes, and then 50 more while he rested for 10 minutes after the workout was over. If you've got a heart monitor of your own, slap it on and let me know how many you burn after you do the workout for 10 minutes and then rest for ten minutes!
I strongly recommend warming up and cooling down before and after every workout.
