Remember that 30-minute cardio video I put out last week that burns 500 calories?

Well, this is the express version of that! In this 10-minute HIIT workout, we'll do bursts of intense cardio followed by short jogs. The cool thing about HIIT is you'll burn calories while you rest, so you'll continue burning loads of calories while you jog and even after the workout is over.
This is a great workout to do before you jump into another targeted toning workout video. It's also great to do it whenever you're feeling kinda meh and you just want to get a little energy brewin'. I love starting my day with HIIT when I'm feeling weird or whatever.
Do this set every day for 30 days alongside my full body workout and let me know how your body changes!
