Before the world caught on fire, I used to go into the spin room at my gym when nobody else was in there and host solo spin classes to pop punk playlists that I called "Sweating to The Sad Stuff." This is that, but with lots of cardio / plyometrics instead. And you're here now, too.
There are no breaks in this one. I planned on putting in a few, but I felt bad for the songs that didn't get exercises, so deal with it!
