Get your heart rate up with this quick and spicy HIIT workout that works your legs, glutes, and core. Trainer Kat Atienza will take you through a warm up, followed by two sets of lower body movements that will bring some serious heat to your lower body. You'll hit all of your leg day faves: lunges, squats, glute bridges–everything. This workout can also be made 100% low impact, now let's get started.
