10 Minute Standing Glutes Workout (No Planking) with @GoChloPilates| Good Moves | Well+Good

Fire up those glutes with this 10-minute Pilates-inspired lower-body series. This workout is a great way to show some love to your muscles after a long day of sitting or WFH.
