BAKED BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP OATS 🍌🍫
I go through phases with oats - sometime I like em regular, just hot and in a bowl with some berries, other times I like em overnight style, but right now i’m REALLY dig gin’ the baked oats.
It’s giving “cake” for breakfast lol 😂
I posted this on the story a few weeks back and I got a lot of questions regarding the recipe, so i’d make a recipe video on it 🤗

RECIPE BREAKDOWN
MACROS: 390kcal | 48g C | 8g F | 34g P
- 45g Oats
- 1tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 1tbs Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 15g Protein Powder (i’ve used both plant and whey and no texture issues with either)
- 20g Frozen Banana (microwaved & mashed up)
- 100g Egg Whites
- 25g 0% Greek Yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Set aside all ingredients needed
2. Combine all dry ingredients together (for optimal results)
3. Mix in wet ingredients
4. Combine together
5. OPTIONAL STEP: Microwave for 1 minute before baking! Gives more of a cake-like texture!!
6. Spray (Oven safe) Ramekin w/ olive oil spray and spread across the dish
7. Bake in Airfryer at 300 degrees for 15 Mins
8. Enjoyyyyy
