This is a high-protein soup recipe that's perfect for those cold winter nights when you're craving something hearty and delicious.
RECIPE:
serves | 1 person
prep time | 10 mins
cook time | 10 mins
macros | 524kcals | 49g C | 10g F | 58g P |
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ Bone Borough chicken broth - 324g pkg
▪️ Baked Chicken breast - 110g
▪️ Shrimp - 65g
▪️ Yellow or white onion - 20g
▪️ Tagliatelle Pasta - 60g
▪️ Mushroom - 25g (feel free to swap in other veggies of choice)
▪️ Baby spinach - 10g (can swap / add in book choy)
▪️ Butter - 10g (can swap olive oil)
▪️ Green Onion - 3 sprigs
▪️ Lime - 1/2 a limeSeasoning - I eyeball this part :)
▪️ Cayenne
▪️ Dried Basil -▪️ Salt
** I would have also added some fresh basil leaves if I had some
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add bone broth to a pot over low-med heat. Add in chicken (pre pre-prepared) veggies and onion and any additional seasoning you’d like to add
2. Saute’ shrimp w/ butter and season to desired taste and add to pot. Add green onion and pasta / noodles. And add 1/2 cup of water.
3. Increase heat to med and allow to cook for 10-15 mins or until pasta is tender. Add spinach and turn off stove.
4. Squeeze lime juice & Enjoy!
