In today's video, I share 6 tips on how you can achieve an hourglass shape. I include some specific exercises that you should be incorporating to your upper body routine in order to achieve these results. In regard to lower body exercises: glute bridges/hip thrusts are elitee exercises for glute development. I will have a separate video in regard to just that :)
