INTENSE 40 MIN PLYO WORKOUT | RESISTANCE BAND BOOTY WORKOUT
A quick 30 min HIIT workout that'll certainly have you working up a sweat!

Workout Breakdown:
Circuit: (i said 5 in the video, its actually 6)
1. In and out squats (3x30 secs)
2. Side steps (3x30 secs)
3. Sumo Squats w/ heavy kettle bell (3x15)
4. Medicine ball crunches (3x20)
5. Angled Kickbacks (3x20)
6. Glute Bridge (3x20)
Superset:
Banded donkey kicks (3x20)
Banded RDLs (3x20)
Burnout:
Sled Pushes (3x1 way and back)
If your gym doesn't have these you could also do some sprints in the studio portion of your gym. One length of the studio (touch the ground) and back (touch the ground again) counts as 1 rep. Do 3 :)
