Hard work over time, not overnight 🚀☑️

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩… 𝙞𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩. Thinking that it’s genetics… it’s not. Thinking that it’s just working out… it’s not. Thinking it’s only diet… it’s not. Thinking that it’s easy… it’s not. Thinking that it’s hard… it’s not “necessarily” hard—IT’S HABIT. And for the first time in my life, I’m more comfortable and confident in this skin than I’ve ever been. But it did NOT happen overnight; I’m a constant work-in-progress. ☑️

𝙄𝙣 𝙞𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜-𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙡 𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩; 𝙄’𝙢 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙈𝙄𝙏𝙏𝙀𝘿. I’m down for the grind. Day in and day out, I’m doing something. And specifically, I’m setting goals and CHASING them—HARD. If I want more pull-ups, I’m doing more pull-ups. If I want to learn more, I’m reading nonfiction. If I want to run faster, I’m lifting heavier and running more. If I want to be a better mom, wife, friend… I’m diligently trying to be better in those areas. If I want to pave a road into a new career field, I’m cross-training and leaving comfort behind. If I want to see results, I’m getting rid of the alcohol and junk and diving into something like 75Hard. If I don’t have time, I’m getting up earlier to MAKE time. 🎯

𝙒𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙚… 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩. Surround yourself with people who bring you up, who make you feel good, who make you want to be a better version of yourself, who set an example. If they’re not, get rid of them and don’t let them take a second more of your time—it’s FAR too precious for that. And if you’re here to see me fail, keep watching… you just never know; but I think you’re wasting your time. 💞
