Air National Guard Inspector General Management Summit trip at Andrews AFB, Maryland

I spent the first half of the week in Maryland, traveling between Andrews Air Force Base and National Harbor for the Air National Guard Inspector General Management Summit. I began each morning with a before-the-sunrise jog around National Harbor or sweating it out in the gym, starting my day early! During the day, we attended seminars and classified briefings, discussing inspection strategies and exercise planning & management. The evenings were spent exploring National Harbor and old town Alexandria, Virginia with my colleagues and Inspectors General from other states. It was a whirlwind trip but so much fun! Clearly, I was enamored with the ferris wheel at National Harbor (though no, I didn’t ride it). The only thing I missed pictures of were my AMAZING lobster roll and, of course, a picture of our 124 Fighter Wing IG Team. But alas, here are some of the fun photos & memories of the trip! 🎡🏙🌅
