One of our WORK instructors @cef_sulli says this to me all the time, and when she does, it IGNITES my internal discipline into an intense external motivation. My buddy has seen it, and he captured many of the moments during February (strength month & the first month of #75Hard) where he knew I was FEELING that full-steam-ahead energy 🚂⚡️.
