75-days of #75Hard in 60-seconds ♠️.

What a CHALLENGE it was! This reel doesn’t show you the mental battles I waged daily as I fought to stick to my high-protein, no-junk diet. It doesn’t show you the outdoor workouts in the falling snow, gusting wind, pounding rain, or after my kiddos’ bedtimes when I wanted nothing but to be in bed myself. It doesn’t show you the 4am alarm that went off every day so I could be up in time for the first workout before heading to the office. It doesn’t show you the social events I attended where I realized I didn’t need alcoholic beverages to have a fun time—I still had a ton of fun (and felt AMAZING the next day). It doesn’t show you the week I had the flu yet still managed to make it out of bed for 2-workouts a day. It doesn’t show you the mindset shift from “have to” to “GET to” and then “WANT to”—even when it’s hard… ESPECIALLY when it’s hard. It doesn’t show you the stack of books I finished or the knowledge and discipline I gained along the way. It doesn’t show you the gallons of water I finished, often thirsty for more. It doesn’t show you the fortitude I built, the battles I overcame, the mental strength I put forth every single day, or the sharp-as-an-axe resiliency I have developed—MY MIND IS A WEAPON! And it certainly doesn’t show you the friendships that were made with the 10 other people who completed this challenge right alongside me. It was an individual challenge but the ten of us kept each other accountable, motivated each other, and had the most ridiculous text chain there ever was (IYKYK). I completed 75Hard by myself, but I wasn’t alone. ⚔️

This is just Part 1 of the #LiveHard program (which I’ll be attempting this year). Phase 1 is yet to come… soon!

And with that, the mental toughness challenge wages on. And over here, we are LETHAL. ZERO COMPROMISE ♠️
