⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋,每個大約60g。
⭐食譜内的藍莓醬請參考我的影片“果醬”,製作非常簡單而不含有防腐劑。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在食譜裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。
⭐請用80℃/176℉以上的熱水浸泡刀,擦乾后再切,每一刀重複這個步驟,就能切出完美的芝士蛋糕。

⭐ The eggs in the recipe are large eggs, each about 60g.

⭐ Los huevos de la receta son huevos grandes, cada uno de unos 60 g.
⭐Consulte mi video "Mermelada" para ver la mermelada de arándanos en la receta. Es muy sencillo de hacer y no contiene conservantes.
⭐ El horno debe precalentarse para alcanzar la temperatura programada antes de hornear.
⭐ Debido a que cada horno es diferente, la temperatura y el tiempo de horneado en la receta son solo de referencia.
⭐ Remoje el cuchillo con agua caliente por encima de 80℃/176℉,, séquelo y luego córtelo. Repite este paso cada vez para cortar la tarta de queso perfecta.

成份:(6寸圓形蛋糕模)
500g/2杯室溫奶油芝士
100g/0.5杯糖
3個室溫大鷄蛋
15g/1.7湯匙低筋麵粉
9g/2茶匙玉米澱粉
10g/2茶匙檸檬汁
200g/0.8杯35%鮮奶油
80g/0.3杯藍莓醬

预热烤爐200℃/400℉(最下層)烤30-40分鐘,関爐後30分鐘取出(因爲每個人的喜好不同,喜歡半熟的朋友可以只烤30分鐘就取出蛋糕,如果想表面焦黑,可以放上層只用上火230℃/450℉烤3-5分鐘)
Preheat the oven to 200℃/400℉(lowest rack) and bake for 30-40 minutes, take out 30 minutes after turning off the oven (Because everyone has different preferences, friends who like half-cooked can bake the cake for 30 minutes then take it out. Recipe:(6 inches round cake mold)
500g/2cups room temperature cream cheese
100g/0.5cup sugar
3 room temperature large eggs
15g/1.7tbsps pastry flour
9g/2tsps corn starch
10g/2tsps lemon juice
200g/0.8cup 35% whipping cream
80g/0.3cup blueberry jam

Receta: (Molde para pastel redondo de 6 pulgadas)
500g/2tazas de queso crema a temperatura ambiente
100g/0.5 taza de azúcar
3 huevos grandes a temperatura ambiente
15g/1.7cucharadas de harina de repostería
9g/2cucharaditas de almidón de maíz
10g/2cucharaditas de jugo de limón
200g/0.8cup 35% nata para montar
80g/0.3taza de mermelada de arándanos

Precaliente el horno a 200℃/400℉ (parrilla más baja) y hornee por 30-40 minutos, sacar 30 minutos después de apagar el horno (Debido a que todos tienen diferentes preferencias, los amigos a los que les gusta la mitad de la cocción pueden hornear el pastel durante 30 minutos y luego sacarlo. Si desea quemar la superficie, puede poner la capa superior y hornearlo a 230 ℃ / 450 ℉ por 3 -5 minutos)
