SWIFTNESS TRAINING in Budo-Sports & Mixed Martial Arts

Swiftness describes the ability to act quickly as well as to react quickly. Swiftness training is therefore especially important in Budo-Sports and a precondition for your success in competitions and safety in self-defense.

This Films contains over 80 tailored exercises and training forms which are divided into the parts basic swiftness, swiftness for kicking and punching techniques and swiftness for throws. Therefore, they can be used in any Budo discipline and can easily be varied and adjusted to diverse means. All exercises contain an explanation of the intensity characteristics to guarantee a high effectivity in your training.
Each one of the exercises is performed by athletes of the German National Team of Ju-Jutsu. They are trained by the author Steffen Heckele and all of them have won several international competitions and have experience in different Budo-Sports as well.
This Film addresses instructors and trainers of competition and self-defense systems, but is also
excellent for one’s own training.#
The author is Steffen Heckele: National coach of the German Ju Jutsu Association, diploma trainer, 5th Dan Ju-Jutsu.
