Bike tube & Flex Tape??
Note: This is NOT a tutorial! Do not use Flex Tape to repair an inner tube! This video is for entertainment purposes only!
I noticed Nathan's bike had a flat front tire. We took this as a good opportunity to learn how to disassemble a bike wheel and repair. Replacement with a new part is the safest way to go. But repairs can be safe, if done properly with the right materials.
I definitely did not have the best tools to remove the tire and tube from the wheel. But I got the job done and gained some valuable experience and knowledge from this.
But and keep an actual repair kit handy. Replacement tubes are very reasonable priced. They're a great option if you have space to carry a spare. Repair kits can be handier and take up less space if everyone in your family has different wheel sizes.
