I share my journey with anorexia and orthorexia for national eating disorder week 2021. Anorexia and eating disorders are dangerous and not something to be taken lightly and so I am spreading my story for awareness around this disorder.

Remember, do not compare yourself to me, this was a very difficult part of my life that has made me stronger, that's one of the reasons I share self confidence, reality, fitness and health on my social medias because I know how damaging it can be.
