This week I thought I would share with you my journey/trek/battle - whatever you wanna call it - with Orthorexia.

I want to remind everyone that I AM NOT A MEDICAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. This story is my own personal experience and should not be replicated or looked at as anything but that.
