MY STORY | Anorexia & Obesity Journey

Storytime on my weight gain and weight loss journey. I want to tell this story to help anyone out there who may currently be struggling with obesity or anorexia/bulimia. Eating disorders can leave us feeling unhappy and isolated, but they can be fought and won ☺ If you are currently struggling with your own illness, telling someone you can trust is the first step to recovery. It’s hard, but you’ll be amazed that telling the right person, will take a load off you and make you feel better.
