My eating disorder story...

I just what to give a little trigger warning as I do include photos of me pre and during my ED to give a full picture of my journey. The aim of this video is to show that you can get through this and their is light at the end of the tunnel even if you can't see it yet. Recovery is hard and their will be ups and down but as long as you are moving in the right direction you will get there. This is my anorexia journey, not yours, everyone's journey is different so trust the process.
