I Went VEGAN For A Week (What I Eat In A Week) | My Workout Routine & Diet to GLOW UP in 2021

HI BBY! Welcome to this week's what I eat in a week where I went VEGAN for a week! Going vegan for one week was challenging but ultimately such a fun way to start 2021. This is going to be the year of GLOW UPS so I'm also showing you my workout routine and healthy diet to glow up in 2021... because ultimately, starting a healthy lifestyle is all about becoming your best self and feeling amazing :) as always, this what I eat in a week is full of easy and healthy recipes, and if you want to try a plant based lifestyle, hopefully this video will give you a week of vegan meal ideas :)

Homemade Vegan Reese's PB Cups:
-1 cup cocoa powder
-2/3 cup maple syrup
-1/2 cup coconut oil
Mix all ingredients to form a chocolate sauce. Pour a spoonful into a mold or cupcake liner, top with a little bit of peanut butter, more chocolate sauce and freeze for 30 min!
