This is another part of town where it was initially used to locate all the social housing projects. And this is often the root cause for bad traffic as the carparks provided will never be enough. However, this project is located close to the junction connecting PJ, Sunway, Old Klang Road, Puchong, Kuchai Lama. But the traffic is just insane all the time due to the series of traffic lights.
Riverville stands out from the rest in proximity and I am surprised with the quality and space I get with that price. I like the ground floor facility deck being separated out from the main building where it takes the noise away from the residence. Also, it allows the building to have a composition where every unit is a corner unit. With that, all bedrooms have windows that improves ventilation and daylighting of the interior spaces.
Being next to the river has it's pros and cons. As you have great view from the masterbedroom and living room, it comes with lack of accessibility. However, this is suitable for those who are looking for an own-stay product within a tight budget as that inconvenience indirectly created privacy.
