PROPERTY REVIEW #111 | RESIDENSI JALAN JUBILEE (PR1MA), KUALA LUMPUR
Shout-out to the lovely couple who offered to show us their new property, thank you soooo much.
PR1MA was the movement for launching affordable ranged property across Klang Valley and finally we get to check one out. We learnt that a development project is divided into 3 parts, land cost, development cost and construction cost. And medium range properties with lower price are often by default associated with poor workmanship. However that's not true.
In this project we observed that the workmanship and design are well done, just that the cost were reduced by selecting cheaper materials. For eg, the smaller sized tiles, the 1.5m height tiles, the removal of the skirting, using metal handrail instead of glass and etc.
Functionality is greatly emphasized hence it's a great study for me personally in comparison to all the luxury projects that I've visited.
