In between significant addresses such as Mont Kiara, Desa Park City, and Dutamas, United Point seems to be one of the self sustaining building around that area where it's a mixed development.
There's a mall, retail, and residences where all of them compliment each other. The main highlight would definitely be the high density of 2500 units. On the good side, you'll enjoy lower maintenance fees and that numbers can attract better tenants to open their business. But on the bad side, the privacy and accessibility due to the high number will be a concern.
This is a project strategically leveraging on Duke highway and KL Metropolis. But the micro site condition is not as pleasant.
