A different side to Cyberjaya, Sejati Lakeside is located away from the CBD part of the city and that comes with peace and tranquility. Also, this project is designed with green initiatives in mind. For eg: Every unit are North-South oriented, rain water harvesting systems are installed in the Semi-D's, and they leverage on the lake to cool down the overall temperature of the residence. Also, the houses are individual titled which means owners get to renovate their own home to their liking.
What I find fascinating would be the minor twitches in the layout design that maximized the area. The unit is fully extended and that allowed the ground floor kitchen and bathroom to be super large. Then the staircase was balanced between the wardrobe space for the principal bathroom. Also, many may not know this but I think Cyberjaya makes a great address for own stay.
However, with that constant infrastructure enhancement of the city comes with construction noise. The new MRT, highways, and surrounding new projects around the site will result in constant heavy vehicles on the road.
