what i eat in a week // CALORIES of an INTUITIVE eater (over 2200 calories)
this week I tracked my calories while eating intuitively. This is not for you to compare how many calories you eat to how many calories I eat. Like I have said several times on my channel, each body is different and needs different amount of food!!
This video is to show you that you don't have to be afraid to eat many calories. We need calories to live, move, laugh... doing all the fun stuff. Calories is literally just ENERGY for your body.
also if you are wondering, the friend that fell from the sledge is fine, but she had a concussion. SO if you ever go sledging, please make sure to wear a helmet and go slowly !!

peanut butter
soy milk
put everything in a blender and mix - enjoy (on it's own or topped with granola, nuts, more banana...)
