TRACKING my CALORIES for a WEEK (what I eat in a week) // vegan & realistic
Hey guys, welcome back!
In this video, I decided to track all the calories I ate in a week. Please keep in mind that this was done strictly for entertainment purposes and I do not endorse this way of eating at all. Obsessive calorie counting is a real problem that many people have to go through, and if you are struggling with disordered eating, please seek the help of a professional. I promise you are not alone, and taking the first step to recovery is always the hardest. I am not a dietitian, nutritionist, or anything along those lines, so please don't take anything I say here as factual information, because it is all based on my own personal experience with food. I'm just a girl who wanted to show you guys how much my calorie intake fluctuates on a day to day basis, and how it is natural to be more or less hungry depending on the day.
