Fitness Training for Baseball
A workout specifically designed for all level baseball players

When preparing an athlete for baseball our main considerations are stabilizing, strengthening and increasing speed.
Here are some of our top exercises for Baseball players!
Bear Hold Pull Through - trains anti rotation - stabilizes the core and increases overall power when rotating (pitching and batting).
Chest Supported Rows- stabilizes the scapula (which is heavily utilized in batting and throwing).
Seated Overhead Press- increases Stability in the traps and upper body strength/ power. Also stabilizes the core as the legs can not help compensate for the movement.
Short Sprints (20-50yd)- this one is a little more obvious, increases speed! The best way to get faster at sprinting is to sprint!! It makes a big difference when you can have a trainer analyze your sprint form also!
