Why I use this instead of a traditional front squat:

• Takes pressure off the wrists
• Keeps the load centered without stressing the shoulders
• Encourages a tall, stable torso (key for golfers)

Benefits

• Builds leg strength without joint irritation
• Improves core stability and bracing
• Helps maintain posture through the golf swing
• Great option on days where front rack position feels uncomfortable

How to do it

• Hold the bar in the elbows at the crease
• Keep ribs stacked and chest tall
• Sit into your squat without letting the weight pull you forward
• Drive through the floor and exhale at the top
