Here are my top 3 meal prep tips to keep things quick, easy, and simple!

1. Purchase similar items at the grocery store each week that you know you like & will help you hit your goals. Too busy to shop? Use a grocery pick up or delivery app to do the work for you! 🛒

2. Batch prep 1-2 protein sources each week. Mix and match the protein options with other carbs and vegetables to keep things from getting boring. 🥩

3. Choose frozen or canned vegetables for a quick and easy veggie source that won’t go bad each week! Pro tip: rinse your canned veggies to reduce the sodium! 🥦
