Weight loss: a more passive approach

Many people feel that you have to either work out for countless hours or closely adhere to a restrictive diet in order to lose weight.

However, a more passive approach to losing weight can be through simply increasing your number of steps per day.

The recommended number of steps per day is between 10,000-15,000, which can be accumulated through your every day activities such as walking around work, walking your dog, doing chores, and so forth.

With the use of the step counter on your smart phone or other devices, you can easily keep track of this daily goal and meet your weight loss needs.
