Three Keys to Surviving Post Police Academy

In THIS video, I discuss a few things to keep in mind that'll help you navigate through your first 6 months to a year POST Police Academy Training. When we hit the field, there are MANY things to consider, and this video is NOT a "tell all" but rather a few thoughts to keep in the forefront of your mind as you endeavor onto brand new territory.

I've kept this video as a generic video... meaning, this is a general process. It will vary from Agency to Agency. Some may have a little more to work through, while other agencies may have less in the way of "projects" upon graduating. No matter the Agency, these three keys will apply.

There are MANY feelings, thoughts, experiences, etc, that you will encounter. I've left out MANY of those things, because it's all about PERSPECTIVE from the Rookie. My experience will be different than yours, than the next person, etc...

I hope this gives you encouragement to press through this season, and know what to look forward to once you graduate, and are handed that EVER SO IMPORTANT badge!
