In this video, Real Cops Reel Life, was STOKED to talk with the Great and Powerful, Seb L. He's gone from the Canadian Military, to joining the ranks of a police officer some 20 years ago. Starting out at the academy, like we all do, then, working his way up through the ranks to become a Sgt. Major while still having his finger on the pulse of the Front Line officers... Believe me when I tell you... THAT IS RARE!

Along his journey, he's achieved his short-term goal, by crushing all the benchmarks needed to become an ERT (A.K.A. SWAT) Team Member, being chosen by the selection team... to leading a team of 24 of his own... Now, sits back after 20 years of serving in this capacity, he's decided to allow me to pick his brain because he believes in the CAUSE of Real Cops Reel Life, and sees the value in offering content at this level.
