In this video, I discuss the importance of GOOD note taking and tips on how to be consistent in taking your notes. Follow the stencil I highlight for a solid overall notebook; It's basic, yet effective.

First responders deal with such a variety of calls, and at times, the sheer volume of these calls can be overwhelming at times. To recall the, VERY important information weeks/months/or years, in the future is paramount.
