Roasted Sweet & Savory Nuts: 6g Protein in 1/4 C
3 Cups (any type) RAW nuts/seeds

1TB Avocado Oil
1 TB Raw, Local Honey (or Maple Syrup if Vegan)

Lentil & Cashew Hummus: 12g Protein in 1/4 C
1 Can Organic Lentils (or 1 Cup dry lentils, cooked until tender)
1/4 C soaked & drained raw cashews

Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 small minced garlic clove
