Supercharged Tofu Scramble
1 pkg Extra Firm (or Super Firm) Organic Tofu, Pressed for 15-30 min
1 thumb of Fresh Turmeric Root (can sub 1/2 tsp of powder)
1/4 Onion Sliced thin
4-5 Brussel Sprouts
2-3 Mushrooms
1-2 Tb Olive Oil (Mushroom & Sage Infused) or plain
1 Tb Nutritional Yeast
Kala Namak (Black Salt)
Toasted Black Cumin Seed (Nigella Sativa)
