The distinguished Australian baritone, Geoffrey Chard, enjoyed a long and remarkable career in a wide range of repertoire. His extraordinary musicianship, aligned to a rock-solid vocal technique, allowed him to excel in performances of new operatic compositions - which included a host of British premieres. His handsome voice and stage appeal made him also a perfect leading man in Operetta and Music Theatre - a fach he brought to many of his radio broadcasts and concerts. He is heard here in "Ces't Moi" from Alan Jay Lerner & Frederick Loewe's musical from 1960 - CAMELOT.
