Today, I'm going to show you how to make egg fried rice with luncheon meat (SPAM) without soy sauce and no wok! I was inspired to make this after watching the hilarious Uncle Roger reaction to the BBC Food Egg Fried Rice video that went viral! Don't worry, I did not drain and rinse the rice like the lady did, but you can cook the rice any way you want, I won't judge... just make sure it is cooled and dry.

This super quick and easy egg fried rice recipe is brought to the next level with an incredible combination of luncheon meat, garlic, and green onions. The best part about fried rice is you can put in whatever meat or veggies you have in the fridge. It is also a perfect way to use up any leftovers. Although my version of egg fried rice has very simple ingredients, it is so so satisfying! I hope you give it a try!
