Today, I’m trying to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe by the popular baker extraordinaire, Rosanna Pansino, which has almost 4 million views on Youtube! Unlike most other “best chocolate chip cookie recipes” out there, these chocolate chip cookies don’t require browning the butter and uses a no chill cookie dough that can be baked right away.

These soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies look absolutely divine and seems pretty easy to make, but how will they taste? Let’s find out!

1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
113 g (1/2 cup) softened unsalted butter

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg, room temperature

50 g (1/2 cup) Pecans
