30 Minute NO GYM Outdoor HIIT Workout with David Morin

This workout is designed for cardiovascular fitness, fat loss and strength and can be done just about anywhere. The whole workout will take you about 30 minutes and burn a lot of calories in the process. Here's what you need to do for each 10 minute round:

Box Jumps

Round 2:
Hill Sprints
Pushups

Pull ups
